1. Introduction

Welcome to the Rally Royale: The AVAX Edition Competition ("Competition") hosted by Floor NFTs, Inc. dba. Rally App ("Rally," "we," "us," or "our"). This Competition offers participants the chance to win a total of $10,000 in AVAX. By participating in the Competition, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS), our Privacy Policy, and our standard Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals who use our product to trade AVAX tokens beginning at 4:00pm ET on Friday, April 11, 2025. " Eligibility is subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Employees of Rally, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Competition is void where prohibited by law. Use of the Rally Wallet is limited to certain geo-locations as specified here. Use of a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions will result in ineligibility to participate in the Competition.

3. Entry Period

The Competition begins on April 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM ET ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, users are automatically entered by trading at least one AVAX token via the Rally Wallet during the Entry Period.

Alternatively, users with a Rally account can contact [email protected] to enter, free to participate. The email must include username, account ID, and be sent from the email associated with their account.

5. Prizes

The Competition prizes consist of:

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed except by us, in case of prize unavailability. The total number of prizes awarded as part of this Competition is limited to $10,000.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected based on the highest realized profit and loss (PnL) from AVAX token trades made through Rally Wallet during the Entry Period, as tracked by Rally’s internal analytics. The winner will be notified by May 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM ET. Distribution of prizes is targeted for May 2, 2025, at 6 PM ET.

7. Publicity

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Rally to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Participation in the Competition constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these ToS. The decision of the sponsors regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and binding.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rally, and its affiliates, from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Competition or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

11. Sponsor

This amendment supersedes any previously stated timelines and is made in accordance with Section 8 of the original Terms of Service. All other rules, eligibility requirements, and prize structures remain unchanged.
